Plus What Leaders Can Do To Prepare For The Inevitable Future

What did You want to be when you grew up?

Well, for a Long Period of time, the Answer that most Youth would give was working for a Large Tech Company.

Google, Amazon, Apple, and the Like.

It was a badge of Honor to even Strive to be at the Forefront of Technology.

It was even something I desired when I was in High School.

However, the Trends seem to be Changing Quickly.

The Highest Potential Individuals from Gen Z seem to find Tech Jobs “Significantly” Less Desirable than Past Generations.

According to a survey from the National Society of High School Scholars, which looked at 10,000 High-Achieving Students, Tech has had a Dramatic Drop.

Where Tech Companies used to be considered the Most Desirable organizations of past generations, Gen Z would much rather work in different Industries.

Of note, Health Care has become the Most Desirable Industry, and Government Jobs have jumped up the List.

It’s not just with the Youth Either.
