Understanding The Future Of Leadership, AI, And Work

Leadership is extremely important.

However, not all “types” of Leadership are important, good, or even necessary.

In 1995, it was determined that there were 850 “academic” definitions of Leadership, and no one has attempted to count how many more have been created since that time, let alone the “non-academic” definitions.

Most of those definitions don’t serve a Purpose in the Modern world.

In a short time, one of those purposeless definitions of Leadership will be CEO.

Now, is this a “bold” statement?

I think it’s a bit of an underrated statement if I’m going to be honest.

The Reality is that most CEOs are currently useless, have been for years, and are about to be completely replaced.

Replaced?

By what?

We will see AI replace CEOs here in the near Future.

Now, if you follow my work, I am generally not “kind” when it comes to AI.

Is it a useless Technology?

No.

But it lacks Understanding, Depth, Nuance, Creativity, and Innovation.
