Learning The New Game

In Business, you’ll discover that there are “Always” different kinds of Games happening.

Some of those Games You will want to Control through Category Design.

The Reason is that in Category Design the Category King/Queen, on average, will own 75% of that Market.

If you Do Not own the Market, then you’ll be playing someone else’s Game and you’ll be competing for the remaining percentage with “Everyone” else who “wants a piece of the action”.

However, at the same time, there will be other Games you have to play that you do not own.

For Many Businesses, this means Marketing Platforms.

This includes me because Writing is one of the ways that I market my Business.

Now, I have “No” desire to Create a Writing or Marketing Business, so I’m satisfied with Playing the Games of Platforms where I post my Writings.

However, when you willingly play someone else’s Game, you “Must” be Prepared for it to Change at “Any” Moment.

Many “Creators” have Perished because they became too attached to a Game they did Not Control, and the Rules Changed to Benefit the Game Owner but “Not” the Creator.
