The Greatest Gift When Facing Opposition

Something Rare To Find In Today’s World

If your Goal is to Grow as a Leader, there is something you will be Faced with at one point or another.

Opposition.

It will play out in a lot of different ways.

People who Disagree with your Ideas.

Ideas will be Proposed that may be in Direct Opposition to yours.

You may be faced with Silence that Indicates a form of Insubordination — Usually ending with people saying, “I knew that would never work”.

In some cases, the Opposition can break down into a Scream Fest or Name-Calling.

What you will find as a Leader though is that when you are Faced with these types of Oppositions, they are Rarely Productive.

Often, these forms of Opposition significantly slow down Results from Occurring or perhaps prevent Results at all.

In Extreme Cases, you may find yourself facing Negative Productivity where things, systems, or processes are destroyed during the Opposition.

If Opposition Leads to this, you will discover that Life as a Leader will be Miserable, and perhaps even Impossible.
