In my work, I talk a lot about Dis-Stress and Reducing it to Succeed as A Leader.

Now, even though I know much about how to do this work, it does not necessarily mean that I am not subject to feeling Dis-Stress from time to time.

Today was one of those days where I got a bit of Dis-Stress come over me.

I am in the midst of the Mr. Health and Fitness 2024 Competition.

Things are going extremely well, but I have already seen Cheating occur, and I’m NOT convinced that all of it has been caught.

Then, the icing on the cake this morning, I discover that a competitor has plagiarized my written work!

Now, I’m not going to link to their “work” nor mention their name as that could simply empower their plagiarizing efforts, and luckily they did it “very” poorly.
