What Leaders Can Utilize To Succeed More Quickly

Dis-Stress is something that is a problem all over the place.

Nearly 80% of people are in Burnout according to Deloitte.

There is something important to realize though.

Stress is not inherently bad.

All Stress can be Good, which is called Eustress.

Even things we typically think typically think of as “Bad” can actually have benefits in our lives.

However, All Stress Adds.

So, just as any Stress can be Good, any stress can also become Bad, or Dis-Stress.

The thing that is misunderstood so often with this is that there is a point when Adding Stress takes us from being in Eustress, into Dis-Stress.

Where is that point?

Well, that is the tough part.

That “point” actually moves based on different factors.

How well did we recover from the day before?

That will either increase or decrease that point.

Have we done any recovery during the day?

Certain types of recovery can lower overall stress at the moment, perhaps…
