If you want another interesting rabbit hole to go down with Coffee, there seems to be a quality challenge with Coffee Beans and Mold around the world. I'm not extremely well read on it, but it seems some people are highly impacted by the quality of the coffee bean itself. Might be worth a look into if you do more about Coffee in the Future!
