How I Get Things Done

It is a common thing to hear in today’s world.

“I Could Not Find The Time.”

I get it, there are a lot of things that compete for our Time and it can be very difficult to get to certain things we want to Accomplish.

I was recently reading the book Sapiens, and one of the things that is posited in the book is that as Technology advances, Humans become Dependent on it, and then we can’t seem to live without that Technology.

If this is true, (which I’m sure some would argue against it) then there is some validity to the Idea that it is hard to find Time.

Our world has become so Technologically Advanced in the past 100 years and that cycle could be on Hyper Speed.

In some ways, Technology is almost “Demanding” more of our Time.

Yet, even despite this, some people Find the Time to Accomplish their Goals and Push Forward.

For me, that has meant Writing Every Day for over 580 Days Straight, and more recently I have been Running at Least 1 Mile Daily for over 60 Days Straight.

(PS — I ran a 6:18 Mile Last Night! Getting Close to Breaking Under 6 Minutes!)
